The National Malaria Control Programme (NMCP) in collaboration with the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research (NMIMR) have worked together for many years to control Malaria in Ghana. Earlier this year, the NMCP gave the Ghansahlab the opportunity to officially introduce its newest project on drug resistance surveillance to the programme. The programme is ready to fully collaborate with the lab to make this project a success and have also provided a liaison to the lab to aid in effective communication between the lab and the control programme.
